Just like to share one of my experience with your staff Ms. Asmita (outbound tours)
My best friend Mr. Amit is on honeymoon for Malaysia. We have done booking for air fare, stay but not for sightseeing. Later he started facing problem for sightseeing and even paying very high. I contacted Arzoo, as my past experience was also good and requested them to plan sightseeing for remaining days for my friend. Though it was last moment, but Asmita took all effort to get in touch with Malaysian Suppliers and try to arrange. Even she was not getting quick response from Malaysian supplier, she told me to book from other operator if I am getting so that my friends holiday don't get spoil (that's the customer service), not thinking of business loss.
I checked out with makemytrip and they were ready to confirm but at last Asmita was able to manage my booking and even gave me good rates.
Thanks to her for all help and effort. Today my friend called me and told me he is very happy.
