Booking Procedure:
- To avail of this "Super Saver" scheme, the customer needs to select the hotel that states "Super Saver" in the search result page.
- All the details with respect to the hotel like the overview of the hotel, the star rating, the amenities, the area, the room types, except the name and images of the hotel will be listed on the same.
- Once the room type of the particular hotel is selected for booking and when the final payment is made; the name of the hotel will be displayed to the customer.

- Cancellation Policy: First night cost (including taxes) will be charged if you cancel this booking 48 hours prior (12:00 PM IST). No refund if you cancel this booking later. You might be charged up to the full cost of stay (including taxes) if you do not check-in to the hotel. Unless otherwise mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry etc.)
- Refund Policy: We assure that your refund will be processed within 8 - 10 working days for credit card payments, net banking transactions or by cash or cheque payments.
- The name of the hotel shall be displayed only once the payment is made
