Day 01: Airport - Restaurant - Hotel - Cape Sounio

Arrival at Athens International Airport. Meet and greet with our representative and transfer to authentic Indian restaurant for buffet style lunch. Then we will proceed for check in to our hotel in Athens. After some time for relaxing we will depart for a Half Day tour to Cape Sounio. We will drive along the coastal road, passing the wonderful cities of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni & Varkiza to the most Southern point of Attica, Cape Sounio, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand. On the way, you have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the little islands offshore. After visiting the Temple of Poseidon, you have time to walk at leisure on the rocky promontory of Sounion. Transfer back to the hotel. Greek buffet style dinner and overnight.

Day 02: One Day Cruise Hydra - Poros - Aegina

After breakfast, (around 07:00 hrs) you will be transferred to Piraeus port with AC coach for sailing to the one day cruise. Escape for a day and enjoy the islands, the sun and the sea with one day cruise on the crystal waters of the Saronic Gulf. First stop will be the Hydra Island and second the island of Poros. After leaving the island of Poros, Indian buffet lunch in the ship and sailing for Aegina. The largest of the Saronic Islands, has enjoyed a very dynamic past and a rich and vibrant present articulated beautifully through its wonderful Pistachio Groves as well as colourful floating fruit, vegetable & fish markets.
19:30 hrs - Arrival at the port of Piraeus and transfer to Indian restaurant for buffet style dinner. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Argolis Tour Epidaurus - Nafplio - Mycenae

After breakfast, leaving by the coastal road to the Corinth Canal (short stop). Drive on and visit the Theatre of Epidaurus, famous for its remarkable acoustics. We will visit the museum and theatre. Both The Theatre of Epidaurus was built in the 4th century BC by Polykleitos, the Younger and thankfully for its remote location much of it is still intact today, never having the pilfering as other ancient sites have had over the millennia. The theatre became over grown and buried, believed to be just a hollow in the side of a hill until it was discovered in the 19th century. Theatre is 114 m (374 ft) across and has 35 rows of seats divided into 34 blocks by stairs and walkways. The bottom tier of 12 blocks was the original theatre built in the 4th century BC, the top tier of 21 blocks was built much later during the Roman period.
Then proceed to the town of Nafplion, the first capital of Greece as a new independent country back in 1827. Free time for walking in the narrow streets and lunch at local Greek restaurant. Then we continue to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides, the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs etc. After the guided tour we will return to Athens late in the afternoon. Dinner buffet style at Indian restaurant and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Athens City Tour

After breakfast in the hotel proceed for Athens city tour. You'll see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (Ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, The Constitution Square (Syntagma). Arrive in Acropolis and visit the Architectural Masterpieces of Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit, the Monument that "puts order in the mind, the Parthenon ,the Acropolis museum and the Zeus temple. Transfer for lunch at Indian restaurant and then to the hotel. Afternoon free at leisure and in the evening transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner. Coming back to the hotel and overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 05: Athens International airport

Breakfast at the hotel and then be transferred to Athens shopping center. Lunch at local Greek restaurant to the most expensive area in Athens, Kolonaki and then transfer to Athens airport for your international flight.
