| Day 01: NJP Rly Stn / IXB Airport - Darjeeling (About 90 km / 3 hrs) |

There will be a Meet & Greet reception on arrival at NJP / IXB followed by a transfer to Darjeeling, one of the most magnificent Hill Resorts in the World. On arrival, check-in to the hotel & spend rest of the day in leisure. Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

Early morning 04:00 am: Drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenganga (situated at 28,208 ft. above sea level it's the world's third highest peak). On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple. Evening is free for you. (Walking tour of the mall - suggested). Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

| Day 03: Darjeeling - Mirik Excursion |

|
After breakfast, go for an excursion trip to Mirik Lake an excellent scenic spot, nestled in forested hills at an altitude of 5800 ft. and famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Orange Orchards, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates enhancing the surroundings here. Evening: Return to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

| Important Notes |
- Check-in time is 13:00 hrs. / Check out time is 11:00
hrs.
- If arrival of the guest is by train at NJP Railway
Station, please be informed that our executive will be there to receive
the guest at the old exit gate (near enquiry counter) or if the arrive is at
Bagdogra airport our executive will be there with the PLA - CARD at exit
gate on the airport.
- The tourism infrastructure in Darjeeling is not very
developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of
plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of
water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like
water (hot) being supplied on time basis - morning & evening.
- The guests should always keep their cool with the
drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote
villages.
- As there is shortage of space for car parking in the
entire Darjeeling region - guest will have to wait at the lobby in time
for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
- We would appreciate, if the guests do not lend their
ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In
such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
- On arrival, we will provide the guests with local
contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
- As most of the services are on point to point basis,
it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in
mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as
there is very little possibility of getting them back.
- In this sector the same vehicles will not be
providing for the whole tour, they will be changed sector-wise. So we
request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any circumstance.
Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
- If any tourist spot does not get completed on end of the day
& if the guest wants to do the same on next day then they have
to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- If guests want any changes in their sightseeing
schedule they should inform our executive on the previous day of the
schedule program before 06:00 pm, after that no changes are allowed. If
the guest informs after 05:00 pm it will be considered as a cancellation with
no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule of the
sightseeing.
- Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing /
transfers which will advisable by our executive. Mainly in Darjeeling vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand. Once our
vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come
back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach
at the parking stand.
- Room heater available with an extra cost bourne by
the guest directly (except at Premium & Luxury packages)
- Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may
have to bear it with candle light.
- Category of rooms in the packages normally remains to
deluxe /superior rooms.

Cost Includes:
- Accommodation for 03 nights / 04 days on twin / double sharing basis.
- Daily fixed menu / buffet breakfast at standard / deluxe hotels.

- Exclusive non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing.
Vehicle will not be at disposal, will be
available as per the itinerary only (point to point basis).

tips & gratuity, mineral/soft/hard drinks, rafting, joy ride (Toy

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other
than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Guide charges & Entrance fees.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like,
landslides, roadblocks, political disturbances, etc (to be borne
by the client, directly on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to
increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which
may come into effect prior to departure.

- Prices are based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
- Prices are based on Standard Rooms.
- Surcharge is applicable for a passenger traveling alone.
- 'Child Rate' applies to children, between the ages of 2 to 12 years.

- These rates are not applicable during any Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Trade-fairs and High Season.
- All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
- Amendment charges, cancellation charges will be applicable as per our terms & conditions.
