1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and surcharges are applicable during peak times such as Special Events, Christmas, New Year & Chinese New Year and high season surcharges and minimum nights conditions may apply.
2. Prices are based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together at all times.
3. Prices are based on Standard Rooms unless otherwise specified.
4. Child No Bed rates apply for children between the ages of 2 and 11 years sharing parent's bed.
5. Surcharge is applicable for a passenger traveling alone.
6. Prices for Foreign Nationals are available on request.
7. All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
8. The official Check-in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
9. The details of the sightseeing tours mentioned are indicative. The same may differ and the final details will be advised at the time of confirmation.
10. Name changes will be considered as a cancellation in a booking.
11. Amendment charges and / or cancellation charges will be applicable as per our terms & conditions.
12. Any increase in the hotel tariffs, sightseeing / transfer rates, fuel charges or taxes, rate of exchange, surcharges, etc. which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the package price. Any difference in the price will be payable by the client.
13. No refund on unused services.
14. The confirmation could be in the mentioned or alternate hotels in a similar category subject to availability. In case if an alternate properly is confirmed, then there could be an increase in the price.

Cost Includes:

• Accommodation at the level chosen, subject to availability at time of reservation.
• Meals as specified in the itinerary.
• Sightseeing entry fees as specified in the itinerary.
• Arrival documents.

Cost Excludes:

• International or domestic airfares
• Airport departure taxes (if applicable).
• Any personal expenses like telephone, fax, laundry, tips, mini bar, room service, etc.
• Pre-registration or late check-out of rooms.
• Gratuities.
• Any additional excursion / inclusion over and above those mentioned herewith.

For Seat in Coach Passengers:

• Meet & Greet and arrival transfer by private vehicle.
• Remainder of transportation by seat in coach with English speaking driver/guide.
